Clear light yellow color without a head. Aroma is sweet with tequila notes. Taste is sweet too, with lemon and tequila notes. Weird aftertaste. A weird one.

This is obviously a knock off of Desperados which has somehow become incredibly popular in Europe. I’ll ask the same question I asked of Desperados; is it flavored with real Tequila as is implied on the front of the label, or is it 42% soft drink with Tequila flavoring added as listed in the fine print? But of course, it is artificial flavoring, and to be honest, it tastes like it. Desperados at least has the impression (a light impression) of having Tequila in it, but this just tastes like beer with some weird cola added to it. I knew what I was getting into, but this is just swill. Unless you’re just curious like myself I’ll have to recommend you pass this by. Ahhh… one more question, why do these things cost more than beer?

330ml bottle poured into a pils glass.
This one pours a transparent golden color with no any head or lacing to speak with. The aromas of lime, sweet syrup, cooked veggies, subtle grain, some spice, and a hint of tequila. The taste is follow what is reflected in the aroma with much pronounced syrupy lime sweetness, and ghost-like dry bitterness, not much of real tequila quality. Light in body with fizzy carbonation, not that smooth with rather dry finish. Nothing much to say about this, better to avoid if you are a serious drinker.

Color: gold, clear. Head white, not very impressive, short-lived.
The smell of sweet, feel the flavor of tequila, lemon.
Taste: first of all, the beer is sweet, clear lemon, a bit like tea and a bit of tequila, decently.
High saturation appropriate.

Taste is really good, but it does not taste like an actual beer. 3,75/5, would get drunk with this.

A 275ml clear glass bottle with a BB of May 2013. ABV is stated as 5.2%. Acquired from a B&M store a little while back for a low, low price. The label says that it contains 42% beer and 58% soft drink, so it's really a beer-infused soda. A contender for the Desperados market share....
Poured into a tulip pint glass. A clear golden colour with light carbonation. Forms a small head of white foam that dissipates rapidly. Aroma of sweet lime juice and sugar. Some faint undertones of light malt and stewed veggies. Not terribly beer-like, but that's to be expected.
Tastes of sugary lime-flavoured soda with a hint of light beer. Very sweet, with some faint malt and stewed leaves/veg in the background. No bitterness to speak of. Mouthfeel is light and watery, with prickly carbonation and a weak, insubstantial body. Slightly dry, with an aftertaste of sweet lime soda and a hint of stewed leaves.
This is a pretty shitty 'beer'. Excessively sweet and sugary, with only the faintest semblance of a lager. Poor body and mouthfeel. The only beer notes that you get are undesireable. All said, it's rubbish and best avoided - leave it for the kids who don't know any better.
