Golden brown color with no head. The nose was strong of alcohol mixed with huge malts. Lots of ripe fruits and candy as well. Powerfull stuff, Again huge malt presence with dates, cherries and caramel. Alcohol is present but well hidden. Almost no carbonation kills this mouthfeel. The full body is just too thick for no bubblies. Despite the fell, still very drinkable for a huge brew. I suppose classic German eisbocks didn't have much carbonation either.
