L - dark brown hazy colour with no head
S - ginger and a hint of cinnamon but a lot of malt
T - Amazing taste, I was expecting a syrupy thing with spices, but it is really not a sweet beer. You can taste the rye, but almost no malt, and then anise, ginger and cinnamon but so little, that it's just great! No booze
F- Really smooth and round
O - a really great xmas ale! Not one that will cheer you up with 12% ABV but something to savour with a good chestnuts plate. This is made with gingerbread spices but no worry this is not a supersweet and spicy beer. A really delicate thing. Enjoy!
