Our Mørk Guld is in the Christmas spirit.
We have spruced up our old trotters with a fresh shot of citrus, so that neither the duck nor the roast pork will be offended - on the contrary.
Underfermented.

Copenhagen 18/11 2021. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Red and golden version of Scaneke’s usual design with the label formed like the island Bornholm.
Pours unclear murky dark amber with a mid-sized yellowish head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a metallic scent. Caramel, sweet lollipop, toffee. Metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is soft.
Mediocre Tmavy. But produced CO2 neutrally on Bornholm. And sailed to Copenhagen afterwards.
