Our New England IPA is brewed entirely according to the beer's theory of harmony, with a good bas of barley and rye malt and a treble of Citra and Mandarina hops. Rich, bitter and fruity.

Odense 22/7 2021. 33 cl can from COOP 365, Nørregade, Odense C. Blue can with a jazzy fellow blowing his horn.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruit and tropical fruit. Citric notes. Peach, mango and passion fruit. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Not exactly jazzy. But solid if a bit generic NEIPA.
