Copenhagen 8/9 2024. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A fantastic child-like drawing of the Island Bornholm on the green can.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,1 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit with a stronger zesty scent of citrus fruit. Pineapple and peach. Lemon and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
A decent NEIPA from the juicy Island.
