A bright and fresh Bock in a starry mood. The gentle malt sweetness carries nuances of red berries and citrus fruits right under the Christmas tree. Mandarina and Callista hops.

Copenhagen 27/11 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White label with the Island of Bornholm getting gobbled up by huge squid.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with sour grains and sharp alcohol. Sweet pale malts, caramel and toffee. Metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry and a bit sharp.
Rough and a bit boozy.
