Collaboration with Small Batch Bornholm, Beer Here, Lucky Island and Meny Lauget
Maibock is a light, strong lager with a malty body and gentle bitterness from German hop varieties.
In our case, Pilsner and Munich malt form the foundation for Hallertauer, Callista and Mandarina hops.
Notes of freshly baked bread, grains, herbs, pears and apricot thus characterize this beer.

Copenhagen 25/9 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can with crudely drawn but colorful instruments.
Pours opaque murky golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sourish grains and alcohol. Sweet pale malts, bread and cereal. Citrus and grains.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a surprisingly strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Solid Maibock in this Collab from Bornholm.
