Elderflower, grapefruit and banana rest on this gentle wheat beer. The taste is slightly sweet and lingers with hints of light malt.

Copenhagen 9/7 2022. 44 cl can from Netto, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Light blue can with a silhouette of the island Bornholm with some beer producing equipment, a lobster, a seagull and a surfer. It's summer.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet fruity odor mingling with subtle tart lemonade. Sweet oranges and white sugar. Tart clementine and citrus chiming in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric sourness. Aftertaste is tartly bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid wheat ale with a bit of balance.
