We've infused our Pale Ale with a mango drop. This infusion has created a feast of a beer that juggles mango, banana and tangerine. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin.

Copenhagen 13/5 2022. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Orange can in Svaneke’s usual design with an exotic girl surrounded by an exotic landscape.
Pours unclear murky, dirty amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as lumpy and uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruits mingling with a bit of citrus. Sweet mango and nectarine. Citrus concentrate.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong, slightly fermented sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
A quite decent infused Pale Ale where the Mango fruit party is kept on a short leash.
