Game Changer is a straw-gold Lager beer with the whitest persistent head. A bold mosaic of citrus fruits, mango, resin, quince, kiwi and herbs characterize both aroma and taste. The supple body carries a not inconsiderable hop bitterness from Mosaic hops.

Copenhagen 31/10 2021. 33 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Off-white can with a dark green silhouette of the island of Bornholm on the can. They boast about brewing in a CO2 neutral manner.
Pours slightly unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense and very much on the sweet and malty side with a very subdued hoppy scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and cardboard. Light notes of citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
More a straight forward Pale Lager than I expected.
