Copenhagen 23/11 2019. 33 cl can from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh. Ø. Svaneke's usual Can-design this time in gold brown and with a drawing of the brewer with Angel wings.
Pours opaque, dark brown with s medium-sized off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam almost covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense, musty and sweet. Caramel, stuffy refrigerator, light odor of nuts. Hints of brown sugar.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery and a bit flat texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers shortly.
Sweet Brown Ale with a strange musty odor. Maybe I should work on my familiarity with Hemp.
