Copenhagen 22/4 2019. 50 cl bottle from Fakta, Frederiksborgvej, Kbh NV. The usual design with an label shaped like island of Bornholm this time in dark green and red.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and of sweet malts and fresh grass. Light toffee odor, bread and grains. Light sour notes.
Medium strong carbonation - a little on the soft side. Thin, watery, yet soft and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is is bitters and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent pilsener which does what it is supposed to do.
