Amber, slightly cloudy beer. Full nose with grains and soft in the mouth with good body and a bitterness that slowly flicks a little in the mouth along with freshness from the carbonation. A real summer beer with a slight malty sweetness.

Copenhagen 23/3 2019. 50 cl bottle from Fakta, Frederiksborg Vej, Kbh NV. Blue and orange version of Svanekes usual design with an label shared like the Island of Bornholm.
Pours unclear golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 2 cm thick, frothy layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is not very intense and malty and little metallic. Caramellish malty sweetness supplemented by a subtle Flowery sweetness. Metallic, lightly salty tang.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger, harsh bitterness. Afrtertaste is bitter. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Decent take on a Classic IPA. Bitter and dry without being citric.could do without the metallic tang.
