This beer was brewed on a hot summer day, where the brewmaster found his inspiration in the summer flora. With a celebration of citrus and summer, it turns everything upside down.
It's a little CRAZY.

Copenhagen 31/12 2018. 50 cl bottle from Fakta, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh NV. Santa riding recklessly on a Moped on the label.
Pours hazy amber with medium-sized white head. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of fairly dense foran. Clinging to the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is not especially IPA inspired. Fairly sweet and malty with caramel, candy and light grassy bitterness. Light Flower Odor rummaging in the background.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little citric. Lingers for a bit.
Decent brew with a solid malty backbone and not without bitterness. To call it a Indian Pale Ale might be a bit of a stretch.
