Gluten-free Christmas - yes please!
A dark ale for the Christmas spirit. Roasted and caramelized malts provide the foundation for a spicy and citral hop profile. Top fermented.

Copenhagen 26/12 2018. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Kbh N. Green label in the shape of Bornholm with a great red sign saying Gluten-Free Christmas Brew.
Pours murky, dark brown with a red hue. Medium-sized yellowish head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam climbing up the sides of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is sweet and metallic. Sweet caramel, nuts, sugar, fresh Rye bread. Metallic notes of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by a weak bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a bit nutty. Lingers for a short while.
An a bit too sweet for my taste buds. But an ok offer if you suffer from some kind of Gluten intolerance.
