Copenhagen 7/11 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé Frb. A lot of red and yellow leaves on the label.
Pours murky maroon with medium-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is a little bland. Sweet with some brown sugar and caramel. Hints of nuts. An overall sweet first impression.
Soft carbonation. Sightly thick, creamy, velvety texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a more moderate sour bitterness. sweet caramel aftertaste. Lingers shortly.
Nice Autumn Brown Ale from the sweet side of the street.
