Copenhagen 25/11 2017. 33 cl bottle from Meny. Very green version of the usual Svaneke design with the label shaped like the island Bornholm. Orange outline. Quite big "organic stamp" on top of this.
Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Settles as a thin patchy layer of thin foam. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet for a Pilsner. Sweet pale malts, grains with touch of saltiness.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little rough.
Decent - but not outstanding - Pilsner you can enjoy knowing you are not bothering nature too much.
