Copenhagen 25/2 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Atypical variation of their usual design. The label is still shaped like the island Bornholm. But with something that looks like Microsoft Clip Art version of a beer label in the middle.
Pours clear amber with a big white head. Settles as a thin frothy layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is kind of weak for an APA. A little caramel sweetness and light notes of citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is semi dry.
One of the better Gluten Free beer I've tasted. But that does not say very much.
