Copenhagen 25/3 2018. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Another feature in Svanekes series where they thank people for being good neighbors, work mates and fathers. A bit tiring to be honest.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a big, bubbly, white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick, creamy layer of foam. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is of sweet malts but overpowered by a harsh, sourish bitterness. Some grass and corn.
Strong, prickly carbonation and watery texture.
Flavor is medium sweet, followed and overpowered by prominent bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent pilsener. No thanks needed,
