Copenhagen 15/12 2015. 75 cl bottle from Meny. A snowy tree crown on the label. Impressing considering the amount of snow we have seen this year.
Pours hazy dark brown with an off-white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam.
Aroma of dark roasted malts, coffee with something like sweet toffee in the background.
Pretty strong carbonation and oily palate.
Flavor is nicely balanced between light sweetness and pronounced bitterness. A little watery and with a very short aftertaste.
Coffee and caramel meets and gets a decent light stout. Though I must admit I did not detect the pine needles that they claim to have included in this beer.
