Copenhagen 25/12 2016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Label shaped like the island Bornholm with the slightly obscure name "10-4" in big letters. Some even more obscure references to "The Butcher". 10.4 seems to be the percentage of sales in the stores in Svaneke which is biodynamic. About the butcher - I have no clue.
Quite foamy upon opening. Pours clear reddish amber with a big slightly off-white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam.
Aroma has a little sweetness from the caramel combined with a dry sharp sourness. Not unpleasant though.
Soft carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet nicely balanced by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little sharp.
A little rough and quite bitter for a Vienna. But not bad.
