Copenhagen 2/11 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Red and brown label the form of Bornholm. You get the vital information that this beer is brewed with "Humorous". Good to know.
Pours deep amber with an off-white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is dominated by toasted malts and a little smoky. Sweet caramel and biscuits notes. Quite pleasant.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a nice medium coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit watery and diluted. Slightly bitter.
I would not say I get the humor of these hops but not offensive in any way although it is a bit watery.
