A lovely, well-balanced beer with a scent and taste of grain and honey. Beautiful amber color with creamy head. The perfect beer for the best dad in the world!

Copenhagen 5/6 2016. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogde, Kbh. N. Very Fatherly mustache on the label. I wonder if Svaneke Bryghus makes a beer for the happy mothers on Mother's day. Probably not.
Pours slightly hazy yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is dominated by a scent of sweet malts. Caramel and toffee. I might even detect the honey announced on the label.
Quite low carbonation and watery palate. Gently tingling texture,
Flavor is sweet followed by a medium strong bitterness. Short lightly bitter aftertaste.
Not especially interesting - maybe quite adequate for a beer celebrating a quite commercial anniversary.
