For how long these guys have been making beer they still don't seem to get how terrible there beers are. This one had a very pungent after taste and pretty much like most of their other beers just taste like a bitter home brew. Don't waste your time with this one.

No dating found.
Pours a lightly hazy medium gold, great head of foam and really good lacing.
Some fruity hop smells, caramel malt sweetness, oh boy, more than hints of oxidation. Damn no dating.
Oxidation up front, never an asset to me for IPAs but welcome in other styles, light lemon citrus, good body, and I reckon that it would be easy drinking if it was fresh.
So, how do I keep a lookout for fresher samples? Not possible without dating!!

A medium and dense golden color this had a stubborn head and foamed up easy
A very good smell of floral hops and malt
Taste is an impressive hops profile with a good dose of malt
One of the better local IPAs

Appearance: Pours all foam until I adjusted to a very gentle side pour and produced a nice fluffy head on top of the hazy amber liquid
Smell: Unusual Juicy Fruit gum aroma with some stone fruit tones; weird, but I like it
Taste: Stone fruit (peach, apricot and sugarplum) and Juicy Fruit gum, up front and through the middle, where the beer sweetens considerably; meanwhile, a tremendously bitter aspect starts to build and dominates the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A most unusual IPA; after the first sip I was ready to toss it down the drain as all I picked up was the bitterness on the finish; but the more I sampled it and saw the other elements, the more I enjoyed it; still it is quite unbalanced and that is a demerit
Thanks, benkuhns, for the opportunity

500ml Bottle
Poured into a pint glass a very nice cloudy dark golden yellow color, nice carbonation with a nice one-finger creamy white head, with some nice islands and sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, with some nice hop notes, slightly citrus. The taste is very nice malty, hoppy, with some nice sweetness, a slightly citrusy. Medium body, with a very nice dry/bitter finish. Overall this one really surprised me, a very nice blended IPA, definitely will buy again, and would recommend.
