Pours copper with a thin patch. Trailing lace slides down the glass with minimal stickage.
The smell is of vanilla with some fruitiness.
The taste is of a vanilla-like sweetness with a non-descript fruitiness. Grainy with a touch of bitter balance.
An interesting brew - a different take on the style, for sure. A bit too sweet though.

A- clear bronze with a 1/4" thin white head sitting atop, head retention pretty low, not much lacing to speak of either
S- toasted malts
T- bready toasted malts take the starring role with subtle hints of caramel malts to support, some bitterness appears time to time to balance malts. earthy hop flavors, finishes and lingers into the after with hop flavors, though mild
M- start out pretty thin but develops as brew warms, dry and crisp finish, hops abuse can felt in aftertaste (still mild though)
D- the flavor is decent throughout with improvements as the beer warms, the body doesn't recover like the flavor however, starts damn near watery and has little progress. Its a winner for Ogden, Utah. Anywhere else, feel free to pass.

A - Pours a cloudy copper color, not much carbonation, a nice small head, nice lacing throught out the drink.
S - Scents of hops and malts with a caramel tone.
T - The taste is kinda hoppy and there's something else going on, cannot put my finger on the taste though, but very tasty though. If your expecting the same taste as Anchor Steam, you won't find it here.
M - Medium body.
D - Very drinkable. Would highly recommend.
