Draft pint at the Layton location; Deep and opaque dark, ark red with a thin but standing head. the very light aroma would lead you to believe thisis a roasty brew, but as I sip it, its primarily tart and sugary and theres a bit of an off-putting sour/apple tanginess at the very last of it that ruins it altogether. I only get any of the roasted malt when I burp. (#2785, 4/9/2007)

A - Poured a clear amber/red color, some carbonation, small head, nice lacing afterwards.
S - Scents of sweet malts, grapefruit, citrusy.
T - The taste was kinda sweet, but malty and also kinda watery though.
M - Light-Medium body.
D - Drinkable. This is a tasty seasonal brew. Would recommend if it's available.
