Can from Harmons. Hazy golden, ring of tight head. Aroma is grainy with a sharp, fragrant note. Taste brings light honey sweetness, light bitterness and a dry finish.

Canned March 28th 2022.
It pours a clear gold with a small head of foam.
Smells of wheat and honey. Big surprise there. It's sweetish.
Taste is wheat, sweetish honey, mild bitterness. Taste is okay. Has some grainy notes both in the smell and taste.
Good enough mouthfeel. I got this can for free. I don't intend to buy any.

definitely not retired. also the cans say 5% abv now, probably changed when the laws did like so many other utah beers. cool these guys are selling in idaho now, picked up a sixer of these today, sharp looking cans, affordable, and its a filtered wheat, somewhat unexpectedly, although i guess i didnt look all that closely at them before i scooped. anyway its a honey colored brew quite clear with rising bubbles and an inch of fading white head, pretty in the glass, although i like my wheats with a little residual character, not too refined. the honey in this is nice, evident in nose and taste without being sweet at any point, and highly compatible with the wheat male. its off dry overall, but the wildflower element of it is cool, some light citrus and grass too, tea maybe, and overall a very simple beer without any real yeast profile and almost too cleaned up. i think the honey makes it, this would be totally one dimensional without it. just earthy enough to have some balance, and the high carbonation makes it both refreshing and highly drinkable. an easy beer to rip through, and seems like a good selection for one of the first days of the year that actually feels like spring. looking forward to the other five in my fridge, should work well with the grilled lobster tails tonight!

A: Evenly cloudy yellow color. Poured a 1 finger coarse white head that dissipated to a skim that held. Decanted lightly. Broken lacing.
S: Bread, slightly sweet malts. Scent of cut grass - Scents of malts, yeast, grassy.
T: Sweet malts and a dry, hot sweetness. I'm thinking its flavored with honey versus brewed with it; partly because of the dry sweet taste and a bit of an off-taste in the finish.
M: Light body. Medium carbonation. Dry and crisp.
D: Its ok. I grew tired of the dry sweetness. I'm wondering if this should be categorized in the hybrid group (fruit/veg) due to the honey? Other than its made with wheat, not much else in common with a hefeweizen.
