This is my first brew from the place.
Pours a nice deep black color, not much carbonation at all, not much of a head either, some sticky lacing around the edges. The nose is malty, lots or rosemary, toffee/caramel. The taste is malty, big on rosemary, some toffee/caramel, slightly bitter/dry finish. Medium body. Drinkable, I'm disappointed in the carbonation of this brew, it should have had a huge head since I poured the next day after I bought it, just as if I had it on-tap there.
