The colour is black; the two finger head is beige, it sinks quickly to a fine thick lid.

The smell is roasted and sweet with hints of yeast and a rather sour bitterness. A touch of mint?

The taste is quite light with roasted notes and a sweetness that makes me think of corn. As it should be, the beer is fresh and refreshing with a fine blend of sour and bitter notes. Hoppy flavours that keeps in the background. Clean and distinct flavours. The aftertaste is a bit sour with lots of grain and a touch of cream.

The carbonation is medium strong: the bubbles are small. The liquid is smooth.

A highly drinkable porter that got booth English and American flavours.
