This summer seasonal is yellow-gray and so dense, I can only guess that the carbonation level is low. The bubbles simply cant be seen and I dont feel them on the tongue. The customary attributes of pepper, spice and dry wheaty zest present themselves accordingly. And the bitter orange peel hits home in the finish with a targeted pang of flavor. The body is perhaps a bit dilute, but not irreparably so. A worthy effort that hits close to the mark.
