Served with a tall, dense head resembling a nitro beer, Pataha Creek emits a billowy bread dough aroma that yields to a scent of caramel. A medley of four malts takes the taste on a pleasant jaunt from molasses sweet to a dry, roasted finish. All elements are right where they ought to be. The beer is clean, satisfying, and drinkable, with a full, earthy body. The low alcohol makes it ideal as a lunch beer or for early sessions.
