Draught pint in The Prospect Of Whitby pub in Wapping.
L: Very dark brown with chestnut edging. Thick, creamy, mocha-coloured head leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Malty aroma is faint and short-lived.
T: Toasted caramel, smokey, bitter.
F: Medium body, smooth, oily, zero carbonation and a really dry finish.
O: Lovely, smooth, toasted malt flavours (no chocolate) with an intensely bitter backbone. Tons of hops.
