The liquid is cloudy; the colour deep amber. The head seems to be made of very large white bubbles rather than foam.

The smell got a clear note of alcohol, almost like vodka. There are also notes of red apples, smoked ham, fermented apple juice. It is lots of flavours, but they are kept well together.

The taste is smoked with lots of green grapes. Sour-sweet notes give a medium body. It tastes a bit like the smell from a medieval wooden church. There are also some notes of anonymous spicy herbs. The alcohol is well hidden. The complex aftertaste got sweet-fruity-smoked flavours of herbs and malt.

The carbonation is very light, probably as it should be.
