Appearance: Virtually clear, light gold. Pours an airy one finger head which recedes quickly.
Aroma: Refreshingly aromatic hops, with evident citrus and a hint of floral/honey sweetness.
Taste: Hops and honey! Sweeter than I expected, and the hops are not full on, but it's a nice a balanced flavour. The citrus is in the background and there's some malt in this too...
Mouthfeel: Moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: Nice and refreshing take on the Pale Ale. Slightly too sweet and carbonated for my taste, but would maybe work as a session ale.
