Tried on tap at brewery in March 09, served in a tall glass mug.
Comes cloudy (unfiltered?), light golden color with a white head.
Nice maltiness for a helles lager. There is some breadiness or biscuit flavor, and a hint of lemon. Clean dry finish.
Medium mouthfeel, somewhat chewy for a light lager.
Very light and drinkable.
