Can, two BBE one printed in six years time and one sticker of January this year. Brewery claims it to be a batch of double joker where mistakes were made with grist, so it turned out brown.
Pours a lovely mahogany, bright, real nice thick head.
Sweet pine, caramel, tablet on nose.
Taste brings some welcome bitterness, grapefruit, touch of flinty mineral. Thick body, decent carb.
I think this is a year old and has held up well as a strong American brown ale.
