L- Very deep but bright amber, clear as glass, pours with 5mm white head.
S- Light, I believe I'm sensing mild citrus here.
T- Oh yes, some citrus?, also some deeper aromatic timber, perhaps hints of conifer. (I've summer congestion, there's likely plenty for people with better smell to determine here).
F- It comes over as pretty meaty, though not 8.6%, for sure! It's like say a Belgian monastic, but super-clean/defined taste. I take that as pretty skilled, hiding that meaty an ABV% within non-shouty flavours.
O- This is something different, a triple-blonde. Citrus/conifer didn't really come through beyond hints of smell (=good for me). The flavour is bright and quite intricate considering it's as high an ABV% as this. It's a lovely beer and I'd happily buy it again.
330ml bottle. The lable is styled after the iconic Marshall speaker cabinet. BB: 03/2021. Bought from BeersOfEurope/UK for home delivery to me in London.

Bottle. Golden. Slight haze. Thin head.
Light aroma of spice and banana. Clove and rather indistinct pear drop.
Mild flavour reflecting the smell. Some yeast, wood varnish and candy floss.
A bit oily. The alcohol is understated.
