The beer is dark and go in a brown black color. The foam is brown with medium bubbles. The foam disappears in the leisurely pace and leave little trace. The smells of roasted malt, hops meets a little. Then comes the little dark chocolate, and dark-rooted coffee. A little molasses, dried fruit, raisins, orange, and a little vanilla. The flavors are met again by the roasted malt. Then there are lots of chocolate, dark coffee, and some nuttiness. Caramel, a little vanilla, and marked sweetness. Good taste and not so very heavy. Rich body. Moderate carbonated. A little sweet, a little small, dry and medium bitterness.

Dark, dark brown almost black with a three finger high, beige-brown head.

Nose: Hops, molasses, dried fruit, raisin, orange, red fruit and roasted malt.
Taste: Chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, brown sugar, vanilla, wood and caramel.

Great!
