Pours a fairly clear amber with soft head.
Smell is piney with notes of grapefruit, caramel, oeach and hints of brewer's yeast and perfume.
Taste is fruity and citrusy with notes of grapefruit, pine, spruce and hints of peach and sweetness. Solid bitterness with a pretty dry finish with some hints of apple peel.
Mothfeel is medium, sticky, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice, modern west coast IPA.
