”So, what about Cryo”? Yeah, let’s go for it! And, so we did. We got together with Collective Arts Brewing and stirred up this IPA with Idaho 7 Cryo. We got fresh tones of pineapple and grapefruit with haze all over. From two breweries with love!

On tap at Pils.
Pours a hazy dark yellow with fine head.
Smell is grassy and very hoppy. Notes of peach, citrus, nectarine and some floral hints.
Juicy and very hoppy, a bit green, even. NOtes of peach, citrus, nectarine and some dank weed. Soft bitterness with some floral hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit undercarbonated.
Overall, a very nice NE IPA, that was a little bit too green.
