The liquid is almost clear; the colour brown-amber. The finger thick beige head slowly sinks down leaving lots of lacing.
The smell got notes of American hops. Apricots, some alcohol, Fruity and fresh flavours with some almonds. It is quite mild.
The taste is dry with fruity hops. There is a quickly passing bitter-chemical flavour (ammonia?). Some sweetness and fruity notes of kiwi and carambola. The aftertaste is dry, hoppy and bitter. Hints of alcohol and dried fruits. An elegant clean bitterness in the finish.
The carbonation is strong, the sharp bubbles are medium sized. The liquid is light.
A little too much odd flavours at the same time. Otherwise an OK IPA.
