Copenhagen 12/2 2025. 50 cl Can from A Good Case web-shop. Colorful and flowery Can in orange, red and purple. Apparantly a Birthday Sour.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - Golden yellow with a white head. Disappears after 10 seconds leaving only meagre remnants of foam behind. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet almost candy-like quality mingling with tart and sour notes. Sweet marzipan and Orange Jam. Sour Cranberries and Citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light sour touch. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a tad thin.
A quite sweet Sour.
