SEPTEMBER 2023.
33cl can (€5 from the pub fridge).
Poured it is ruby red in color, very clean.
As usual, the foam has a non-existent and evanescent consistency (like that of a Prosecco).
Rather flat beer in the mouth, with a very light carbonation in the background.
The taste is much closer to that of a medicine or flavored vitamins than to that of a fruit sour: strawberry and raspberry predominate but the beer does not find a balance between the fruity and jammy taste of the fruits used and the lactic note that should clean up a little on the tongue, but in reality it is almost imperceptible even though it is dominated by the sweetness of the fruitiness.
This fruity taste also gives the sensation of being sugary so this jammy sensation in the mouth is even more distinct.
Unbalanced, sugary beer, practically zero sour and which has a very unpleasant taste (reminiscent of medicine).
