Copenhagen 16/2 2025. 50 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Blue can with colorful splotches in red, yellow, light blue and green. Resembles an advertisement from the eighties.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a gentle and sweet odor of Exotic fruits mingling with a subtle citrus scent. Sweet Peach and Pineapple. Hints of Passion fruit. Lemon and Lime. Whiff of resin and pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pleasant and zesty NEIPA.
