Copenhagen 15/2 2025. 50 cl can from A Good Case webshop. Blue can with the name of the beer and brewery in white and orange. Noisy.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. A bit bubbly. Settlescas a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of sweet spice mingling withdark malts and alcohol. Distinct scent of Tonka beans. Sweet Coconut and Cinnamon. Christmas Cookies. Dark toasted malt. Toffee and caramel. Brown sugar.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a tad sugary. Lingering. Finish is sweet and Dessert like.
9+9 equals Pastry.
