The ale is clouded dark gold, has small bubbles a white head with good lacing and some curtains are seen.
The smell is citric, lemon curd on digestive, some green grass as well.
Very little sweetness in this, much sourness lemon and rhubarbs, almost battery acid, then a coarse bitterness, like chewing on lemon seeds.
Medium low carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a thin body, a coarse hard dryness that fades quickly.
As I often perceive Dugges ales a bit unbalanced with sharp sour- and bitterness.
