Copenhagen 13/2 2025. 50 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Yellow can with some blue fading to green Hills.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a short while leaving a murky, unclear liquid behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mining with tart sour fumes. Sweet peach and mango. White sugar. Touch of lemonade. Hints of Bourbon.Unripe sour cranberries. Yuzu.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed ad balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Well balanced and with a touch of boozy barrel.
