Big ole 750 mL jug, poured well chilt into a snifter. Spongecake foam above a gold blonde brew. Says, ‘Best by 11/2024’.
Aroma is malty, brown sugar, almost pinolillo (look it up.,).
On the palate, hop bitterness develops up front and there’s a fruity character, well hidden sweetness, a nicely rounded after-taste, with fruit notes and a light bitterness from the Cascade hop treatment that drags for a minute…,. Punchy! Drinks bigger than its 9% ABV.
Medium touches heavy in the mouth, fortified with mid-range carbonation.
Overall, this fully organic French brew drinks lean and strong.

This is one of the better French or Savoy brews. It's big, malty, and tastey.
It pours deep yellow with nice head. The aroma is very malty and yeasty as it should be. The taste is big and malty, with nice, over the top funk. It lingers pretty boozy in your mouth. I wonder what it would taste like aged.
Recommended. If you are in the region, get it!

Okay triple. The best beer by far I've had from this brewery. A good balance and the classic triple attributes : big stone fruit presence, light grass and a beer rounded by booze. A bit light in the mouthfeel and could be a bit bolder
