L- Wow, very pale straw, clear and with a 5mm snow-white head.
S- Just some mild grain
T- More to it than meets the eye. Hoppy bright (in the trad hops style), then some balancing malt. Overall in that balance the hops dominate which would make it a good summer beer.
F- Quite punchy for a 5%. I wonder if a Brit trad IPA fan would make that connection with this brew? There is no spice or fruity esters so hard to connect it to the Begian Blonder style.
O- Pleasant enough though, would happily drink again if in France and at the low retail prices. Ie I wouldn't pay the premium to say import it.
